Small facility with home like atmosphere, individualized attention to each resident.NOTE: This is actually the wife of a resident that used my laptop to do the review. She does not have a google account.

A family oriented facility of about 32 residents; cheerful and clean. All of the residents receive personal attention...the staff speaks to them by name and know their individual preferences. Many repeat stays from satisfied clients, and rated by Medicare as #1 for skilled nursing facilities in Central Oregon.

I have worked here off and on for 35 yrs..this time for the last 15 yrs.. We have an amazing staff, many have been here 5 or more yrs.. The administrator is amazing has an open door policy, always there to listen and help any resident or staff..We care for the residents as if they are own family!! The best place ever!
