President and CEO
Bart is Chief Executive Officer of Regency Pacific Management, where he promotes investment in the company’s future through a combination of development and acquisition, as well as strong administrative and clinical leadership.
Prior to his current role, Bart served six years as Regency Pacific’s Vice President of Operations overseeing both Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. Bart holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Diego and was a partner in a real estate law firm. He also practiced law in San Diego, Palm Desert, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
Chief Financial Officer
Doug manages fiscal operations, including cost reimbursement, risk management, HUD and other government agency annual audits for Regency Pacific. He is also responsible for securing capital to finance new construction and renovation and to refinance existing properties.
With more than 25 years of experience in the long term care field, Doug provides expertise in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. He serves on the Washington Healthcare Association Reimbursement Committee and the American Healthcare Association Committee. Doug joined Regency Pacific in 1997 as controller before his promotion to CFO in 2003. Doug holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Central Washington University.
Nadine de Klerk
Chief Operations Officer
Nadine directs operations for all Regency Pacific communities, overseeing the Vice Presidents of Operations.
She has an extensive background in healthcare management, having previously served in such roles as Division Vice President of Operations managing 30 skilled nursing facilities in three states, Regional Vice President, and Director of Operations for major healthcare companies. Nadine began her career as a physical therapist before moving into executive management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Cape Town and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix/Arizona.
